What are your order processing times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We encourage everyone to recycle their paper products received from us to keep the cycle going.

I see something I like, but the size I want is not available. Can I still order? 
In some cases yes, restocks happen based on product availability from the brands. Follow our social media and sign-up for the newsletter to stay up to date on product restocks and launches.

What size should I buy?
Refer to the brand size charts in our sizing section for detailed information. However, for more specific questions on size and fit, please send us an email and we will be happy to assist. 

What do you recommend for garment care?
Gentle hand washing with environmentally friendly mild soap or detergent and line drying is energy efficient. For delicate knits, lay flat to maintain shape of the garment while air drying.

All general washing instructions for each brand is listed below.


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, you have 7 days from delivery to notify us of your return.  Email with your order number and reason for return. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted. All international and sale orders are final sale.


Return shipping and cost is the responsibility of the customer unless an error has occurred on our end. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned items.  Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned package.

When sending back shoes, kindly note the original box is part of the product and should not be used as a return shipping box. Any signs of damage can result in refusal of return.  

Once your return has been received, inspected and all guidelines met. An approval email will be sent and a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs and in some cases a small restock fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, since processing times can vary. 


We accept all unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original tags still attached. When trying on shoes, please use a carpeted floor.


Non-returnable items include the following: swimwear, underwear, socks, tights, hats, hair accessories, bedding, pajamas, eyewear, skin care, dinnerware and sale items.


All Domestic orders over $100 ship for free. Any order under $100 is a calculated shipping rate via USPS and delivery times vary from 2-5 days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information once your package has shipped.

For rush orders needing Express shipping, please email for rates.

Once a package has been shipped, Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit or delivery. If you require insurance on your package, please contact customer care for rates. 

If you suspect your package is taking longer than normal delivery times, contact your local USPS with your tracking number for assistance.


All International orders ship via USPS by First Class Package, Priority Mail and UPS Express. *Please note, only USPS Priority Mail or UPS Express has full tracking information.

First Class Package $28 with delivery times varying by location.            
Priority Mail $38 with average delivery times of 6-10 days.

Rest of the World
First Class Package $34 with delivery times varying by location.             
Priority Mail $45 with average delivery times of 6-10 days or more.
UPS Express Mail $55 with average delivery times of 2-3 days or more.

Additional Information International
-The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes assessed on the items shipped.
-Delivery times can be delayed due to customs clearance.
-Packages returned back to Sage due to unpaid customs duties and fees, will not be refunded for items or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend hand washing all garments. Due to the intricate nature of the embroidery, it will be best preserved when carefully hand washed and hang dried. Garments are machine washable on a delicates cool temperature setting of 30 degrees. Always separate out strong colours. Do not tumble dry. Safe too iron. All styles are made using natural fibers, which include Cotton Poplin, Heavy cotton cheesecloth, Fine cotton voile, Cotton corduroy and Linen.  

Briar Baby 
Due to the natural fibers, there will be some inconsistencies and variations in the fabric. 
Bonnets should be machine washed cold on a hand wash/delicate cycle, tumble dry low. Remove promptly, iron if necessary. Do not bleach or use oxidizing agents.

Socks and tights are washable at 30 degrees. It's recommended to dry in the open air or tumble dry low.

Daughter Co.
We take pride in carefully selecting the highest quality fabrics for our garments. All fabrics are natural cotton or linen and therefore may have inconsistencies in the weave. These are not flaws but a natural result of the process and add to the character of the fabrics.
We recommend only washing our garments in cold water with eco-friendly detergents and line drying.

Fabric is made from 100% pure cotton. Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, lace and embroidery--please handle with care. Colour may fade after washing--
machine wash on delicate cycle or hand wash at 30 degrees.

Fabric is made from 100% organic muslin cotton. Cotton peeling happens and is not considered a quality defect, rather a natural characteristic of the fabric. Hand wash cold or machine wash on delicate cycle at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. 

Little Cotton Clothes
All of our clothes are made from natural fabrics and every trim and detail has been carefully selected. Cool wash inside out with like colours, iron on reverse. 

Monty & Co.
To achieve maximum longevity for the garment and ultimate consideration to the environment we recommend:

  • Hand wash or cool machine wash at 30 degrees
  • Line dry, do not tumble dry
  • Warm iron on reverse
  • Wash with like colours
  • Fabric is pre-shrunk, but please be aware that due to natural fibers the garment maybe prone to further shrinkage approx 3-5%
  • Wool hat must be washed separately and not machine washed to prevent felting
  • Due to the hand dyed and printing nature of the bandana, the polka dot print maybe irregular and not uniform  


All fabrics used for Nellie Quats garments are natural and of the highest quality. In some cases fabric will have inconsistencies in the weave. These are not faults but, rather natural imperfections and part of the nature of the fabric.

All fabrics have been selected for ease of washing and can be washed at up to 40 degrees. Clothing should not be tumble dried, but hung to dry for best results.

Linen garments will seem less soft once dried after washing. However, if you iron and gently steam the garment it will soften again. Or if ironing is not an option, after leaving the garment for a few hours it should absorb natural moisture from the air and soften up in its own time. 

Rain People
Our linen is made in Europe and finished and dyed with Eco-friendly dyes in the US. All fabric is pre-washed on hot before production. It is recommended that bonnets and garments be hand washed and hang dried. *Iron as needed.

Tane Organics
Using 100% certified organic cotton, the fibers are grown without the use of pesticides. Which in turn provides a beautiful long lasting eco-fabric that is healthier for the environment. Tane also uses GOTS certified low impact dye processes and its recommended to machine or hand wash garments with cold water.
